Our legislative team representing a number of industry leaders and associations are working to improve funding and other opportunities for computer science education in Texas.
The 90th Texas Legislature will be in session starting January 2027 and we are hard at work bringing together a group of diverse stakeholders to support computer science education in Texas.
Policy changes on the state level have the potential to drastically shift the computer science education landscape in Texas. Realizing that, CS4TX is committed to crafting an advocacy agenda that supports legislation which will have the maximum benefit for students.
